Only one weekend a year, Siena forms the backdrop for one of the most iconic cycling events in the world: the Strade Bianche.
With BICI E BASTA, you won’t experience this extraordinary weekend as a mere spectator, but as a participant in a complete Italian cycling experience. On Saturday, you will feel the unique atmosphere of the pro race up close, standing along the famous gravel sectors where the world’s best riders battle for victory. The next day, it’s your turn. During the Strade Bianche Gran Fondo, you will ride over those same iconic white roads and experience Tuscany in a way few cycling enthusiasts ever will.
Kilometer after kilometer, you will discover legendary gravel sectors like Monte Sante Marie, where the race has been blown apart in recent years by Tadej Pogačar. In the end, the same unforgettable setting as the pros awaits you: the finish line on the world-famous Piazza del Campo, right in the historic heart of Siena.
You choose the challenge that suits you best: the Gran Fondo of approximately 137 kilometers, or the Medio Fondo of about 87 kilometers. Whichever distance you choose, you will experience the same unique atmosphere, the same iconic roads, and the very same finish that makes the Strade Bianche one of the most beautiful cycling events in the world.
Don’t be fooled by the Tuscan landscape. The Strade Bianche combines iconic gravel roads with challenging climbs. If you cycle regularly and are looking for a sporty goal for the early spring, then this trip is perfect for you. Choose the challenge that suits you best: the Gran Fondo or the Medio Fondo.

Thursday is arrival day. You will get to know the other participants and have plenty of time to prep your own bike or test your rental Pinarello.
Friday, we will ride a beautiful loop of approximately 70 kilometers through the rolling hills of Tuscany.
Saturday is race day. You will cheer on the pro riders from one of the famous white roads. The entire day is dedicated to the race—a unique experience right in the heart of Italian cycling culture.
Sunday, you will hop on your bike straight from the hotel, roll right into the starting pen, and experience a day you won’t soon forget. The iconic Strade Bianche, the rolling Tuscan landscape, and the incredible atmosphere make this a truly unique experience.
Monday, you will enjoy one last Tuscan morning before your departure.
In addition to the pro race and the Granfondo, there is plenty of time to enjoy the Italian lifestyle: great food, local wines, and relaxing evenings after a day on the bike. Everything is taken care of, so all you have to do is ride, experience, and enjoy.
