Standard shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. For orders of €85 or more, shipping is FREE.
Your order will be delivered within approximately 2-3 business days. It can sometimes take a little shorter or a little longer. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, the delivery time can be a little longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. To see the status of your order, click on the track & trace code in the email.
After every order we automatically send an order confirmation from our email address (info@biciebasta.nl). Did you not receive the email or can’t find it? Then check your spam box or send us an email from the email address with which the order was placed, then we will resend it to you. Also check whether info@biciebasta.nl is not in the blocked senders list. Did you accidentally enter an incorrect email address? Then contact us.
It is difficult for us to change orders that have been placed. After you have placed an order with us, we process your order almost immediately. If you are quick, we can still change an order in some cases.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order, as we do not have a physical store.
